Quotations & Payments
Payments may be divided into milestones depending on the project scope.
Work begins only after the agreed initial payment has been received.
Final deliverables are released after full payment has been completed.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information
- Supply required content and assets
- Review work promptly
- Provide approvals within reasonable timeframes
- Ensure they have rights to supplied materials
Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions
Most projects include a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
- Final approved work becomes the client’s property after full payment.
- Web Laurel retains ownership of concepts, drafts, proposals, and unused designs.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by a written NDA.
Website Maintenance
Unless covered under a maintenance agreement:
- Ongoing updates
- Security monitoring
- Plugin updates
- Content changes
are not included after project completion.
SEO Disclaimer
While we follow industry best practices for search engine optimization, no agency can guarantee specific rankings or search engine positions.
Search rankings depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.
Digital Marketing Disclaimer
Advertising performance depends on factors including:
- Budget
- Competition
- Target audience
- Market conditions
- Platform algorithms
Web Laurel cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, or revenue.
Social Media Services
